This system aims to reduce to a bare minimum the recourse to technical machinery that could impact the environment or the health of consumers. Integrated production means that all the necessary precautions are taken to create optimal conditions that will ensure that the crops have the effective capacity to defend themselves.

 

The reason why this methodology has been adopted is to protect the delicate balance of the microflora and microfauna, in which bees in particular play a fundamental role in the pollination and conservation of native yeasts.
